Happy77 asks Screenhog about Coins!

Since Coins For Change is coming soon Happy77 thought he’d interveiw Screenhog about it:

“Q: Can you tell us any game secrets so we can collect coins faster?
A: There are games where bringing a certain color puffle will help you! There’s also the challenge of getting through Jet Pack Adventure without earning a single coin. There’s a big reward if you can do it.

Q: Any suggestions for penguins who want to do extra things to celebrate the season?
A: Well, Coins For Change is such a good time for helping others, so I’d suggest helping other penguins. Maybe if you see new penguins, give a tour! If someone’s looking for the pin, help them out. (Pssst… the in-pay is in the orest-Fay!)
Q: Are there other ways for penguins to celebrate Coins For Change?
A: There are lots of things you and your friends and family can do to make a difference for other people around the world! Volunteering some time is a good place to start. Let us know your ideas.”

The bit where they talk about the pin (“in-pay” and “orest-Fay”) is in pig latin. Basicly how pig latin works is you put the first sound at the back of the word and add “ay” on the end so that would become “at-thay” because th is one sound. If the word starts with a vowel then you just add “ay” on the end.

In other news we can now see Rockhopper in the telescope but is it just me or is his ship not usually green? What do you think it means?

Coins For Change And Rockhopper Coming!

That’s right CFC (Coins For Change) is coming back! This will be the third year in a row that we have had CFC. Rockhopper will be coming to start it all off and he will bring some awesome items that let you donate coins from your igloo! He will help you SAVE THE WORLD!!!

For those of you who are new this is how CP explain CFC:

“Coins For Change is all about playing games to earn coins… and then donating coins at stations around the island. Every donation of coins in Club Penguin means you’ll be helping decide how a 1 million dollar donation will be divided. This year the categories are: helping kids who are poor, helping kids who are sick, and helping the environment. And this year, there’ll be some new ways to donate and celebrate – including a benefit concert at the Lighthouse!!”

So basicly:

• There will be 4 catagories which this year are: helping kids who are poor, helping kids who are sick, and helping the environment
• The Club Penguin Band will be playing at the Lighthouse
• Rockhopper will arrive and that’s when CFC will start
• Rockhopper will bring some furniture items for members that will allow them to donate coins in their igloo
• Rockhopper will arrive on 11th December
• CFC will end on 20th December

Which one of the four catagories do you want to get the most money? They are all very good causes! Oh by the way the helping kids who are sick isn’t helping kids who have a cough, it’s helping kids who are so sick they might die. Just thought you ought to know that and not get confused between the two

Mission 11 Stuff!!!

Ok CP are giving us the choice for what kind of glasses we want to earn when we finish Mission 11. Here are the options:

I think the best one is number 3, number 1 looks too much like the big green glasses we got for St. Patricks Day last year (and they don’t look that good anyway), number 2 looks like the night vision goggles and doesn’t look all that good and number 3 is almost exactly the same as one of the members glasses…. if that wins it will really annoy them! I don’t think what I say will make that much difference though because number 2 is miles ahead of all the others in the vote! Ahhh well, worse things have happened!

There is also a new famous penguin that will help us in the mission. Here she is:

Is it just me or does that person look an awful lot like Dot the disguise gal from EPF (Elite Penguin Force)? That would kind of make sense, do you think they’ll make a penguin of her and have her wandering about Club Penguin? Why do you think they got a disguise gal in PSA? What do we need to go undercover for? Do you think Gary found out about SSN (Sensei’s Secret Ninjas)? What do you think?

A Look Inside the Maze’s End!

Ok here’s how I did it, Gary said he wanted to test his new teleporting device and wanted to see if I had anything to test it on, so I most kindly said I did and got it installed on my camera. I then gave my camera to my photographer (I had trained a ninja to be a photographer) and told him to get to the end and then throw the camera in (I had asked Senei whether he had any ninja’s that wanted a job and he had found one). Once it was in there I would use the legs (Gary had installed those as an extra) and get it to take some photos! It would send me them via a bluetooth connection to my computer (Gary had given me a high-tech one for my 1000th day party) and then I would show them to you guys!

It worked almost perfectly until just after it had taken it’s first photo when Gary accidentally hit the self destruct button on the remote (who builds a remote with a self destruct button???? When I asked Gary he said it was incase it managed to find it’s way into a criminals paws [or flippers]. After all what would we do if our polar bear friend got his hands of this kind of technology?) and the entire thing exploded! He didn’t have another one and it was going to take a while to build a new one so I could only bring you guys this photo:

There's the free item! If you look closely on the left hand side there is a big white patch, I didn't think that was supposed to be there so I showed Gary and he said it probably was the add-ons to my camera making it short circuit and not work properly

There was one good thing that happened because of all of this though! The ninja that dropped off the camera had so much fun that he talked to Sensei and they have made an organization of ninja’s that do missions (like PSA but more stealthy and deadly). I have just been to the first meeting and they said any time I need some help I have 100′s of penguins at my service (the organization already has 700 members and is growing rapidly, Sensei predicts that it will have 10,000 members by the end of the year and will start to slow down at that… he said any more than that and the secret will get out or their standards will lower)! This is sooooooooooo awesome but I sense that Gary may not like Sensei having an undercover organization competing with the PSA, but there is only one way to find out! Keep reading this blog and I’ll fill you in on all the details as they happen!

I sneak into the FND (Fire Ninja Dojo)

That’s right I snuck into the FND but since it has a bit to do with the story of how I got my name back I’ll tell you that story first. Gary told me that he had a way to fix my name so i went there to see what he had come up with and he gave me this blue stuff in a vial and said it would make me better so I drank it… and my name just became a big black line! Gary looked very pleased with himself at that, until I started complaining that I would like it to say Nimwoff, to which he said was easy because he would only have to make a few minor changes to the solution and it would be ready… so he told me to come back the next day.

The next day when I arrived he gave me a red liquid in a vial this time and it worked! That gave me an idea and I asked Gary for a big favour, give me some of the blue stuff to sneak into the FND so he made some! That night when I was planning my way in to the FND, one of my buddies came in and said “HELP NIMWOFF!!! I USED YOUR GONEY GONEY RAY TO MAKE MY NAME DISAPPEAR AND NOW IT WON’T COME BACK!!!” That gave me an idea, I could get him to play the game in the FND with me!

The day after I asked Gary if he had spare of the blue stuff and he did, so I gave some to my buddy and me and went to ask Sensei for a favour. I asked him whether if I managed to sneak in on my own whether me and a my buddy could play a game in the FND to see what it was like, he agreed! So we snuck in, and Sensei was waiting for us, so we began. Here a photos I took while I was there:

All of the colours following are the colour circles and then it tells you what it represents: Red = cards, Blue = Time before computer automatically selects a card for me, Green = Energy opponent has left (when it reaches 0 I win), Purple = Energy I have left (when it reaches 0 I lose), Black = Me (my penguin), Grey = Opponent (my buddy)

That's what came up when I won!

Sensei told me when we finished the game that if I could keep coming back he would keep letting me play and then I would be able to become a FND ninja! I’ll have to ask Gary how to make that blue stuff…

It’s Snow Time!!!

Snow has hit Club Penguin and there’s a lot of it! First of all there is a snow free item, here’s how you get it:

1. Go to the Ski Hill
2. Click on the box with hats is on the right side

Then there is the return of the Ice Rink!!!

There are new sleds which get a one square head start (which means if it would normally be a tie the member would win if they had the sled) but because you can’t get much money from it so members hardly ever do Sled Racing and are all hopeless! Even I (who hasn’t played in a year) could smash them (well actually I could smash all the non members too but that’s beside the point)! I found that even with their new sleds members still came last and most of the time non members wouldn’t even play with them if they used their sleds because it’s cheating and members didn’t want to play other members because then they wouldn’t get their advantage! Finally there is the SNOW MAZE!!! I was right those crossy thingo’s did only let you keep going straight! CP have given us a map to help… but I didn’t want to be out of a job so I added to their map:

There are two ways to do this maze so I drew two different paths, the purple path is where the red and the blue path meets and follows the same route

Now because I am non member I can’t go into the maze or see the prize at the end (which is a Yetti Suit) so I’ll have to sneak in! I’ll try to come up with a way of sneaking in but the first thing on my list is sneaking into the FND game, and I also have to tell you how I got my name back. Have fun with all that snow!
